If you sell any type of travel, you should offer the benefits of a travel insurance program to your customers to avoid the problems of credit card charge backs with your customers when they have to unexpectedly cancel, interrupt, or be evacuated from their trip.

Over my 17+ years in tourism, this is one of the biggest areas of potential financial challenges for suppliers of travel because when a customer cancels for good reason after your cancellation period expires, and does not have travel insurance, they often wants their money back.  Customers can get pretty nasty, especially when there's lots of money involved, are not able to do their trip and want their money back.
