Description:
Duties and professional development opportunities include:
· Maverick Business Adventures management, logistical support, marketing, membership development, team building, sales and coordination between director, clients, field operations, suppliers, travel coordinator and guest educators.
Specific include with Additional Team Help:
· Marketing & Promotions with the support of owner/management team to reach profitable membership base and trip sales goals
· Office Sales: Sales: answering questions of prospects, sharing your enthusiasm of adventure with us, calling on and following up with warm prospects
· Office Admin: Set up and evolve office and sales systems, process phone, E-mail & literature requests, direct marketing, database input ( Can hire admin. help to assist)
· Customer service: making reservation, answering guests questions and qualifying them for the proper trip, assisting clients as needed
· Supplier communications and bookings: Locate, negotiate, and create profitable lodging and adventure suppliers relations
· Guest expert support and logistics: Locate, support and build ongoing fun and profitable relations
· Travel Coordinator (TC) support: liaison with clients for all travels needs. Set up online travel portal / reservation system that integrates global GDS
· Operations liaison: coordinating with management team, office, suppliers and tour manager

Qualifications:
- Travel Product, Luxury Fractional ownership experience, Tour Operations and Industry Knowledgeable
- Enthusiastic customer service and sales representative for MBA to qualify needs and abilities of prospects, provide service, recruit members, get membership fees
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate with suppliers on bookings, payments, and communications with clients and suppliers
- Familiar with online reservation and distribution systems
- Works well in teams and has experience managing others in a virtual office setting.
Salary: $75,000 plus incentive bonuses/ profit sharing per year.
Position Type: A permanent position with part-time options, especially in the first 6 months as we ramp up. Open to flex time.
