I've served on many Boards of Directors and have experience in all sorts of different types of business operations. I have a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. I'm a member of the Michigan Bar Association.  I've been a "geek" all of my life. I obtained a General Class Amateur Radio License when I was about 14 years old and progressed through that hobby to become a constant computer tinkerer. 

I have a strong interest in travel and the travel business and decided to work my into the travel business on a part-time basis in October, 2004. I discovered podcasting in December of 2004 or January of 2005 and decided to produce a podcast to talk about my experiences and learning adventures in the travel industry. My podcast started in February of 2005 and I've produced a weekly show ever since (with a couple of misses when I've been traveling).  I've produced over 130 shows of the Home Based Travel Agent Show.
