Eric Groves, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, has more than 20 years of experience building sales, business development, online, and marketing strategies for leading companies, including AltaVista, iAtlas, InfoUSA, MFS Communications, SBC Communications (AT&T), and Citicorp. Since joining Constant Contact® in 2001, he has built the sales and business development organizations from the ground up, helping propel Constant Contact's growth to more than 100,000 customers today.

In addition to his responsibilities overseeing Constant Contact's sales and business development organizations, Eric has also developed educational outreach programs for small businesses, associations, and nonprofits. Recognized as one of the leading authorities on small business, he has provided all types of business—from restaurants to retail to consultants—practical tips, tools, and advice. The educational program's cornerstone, The Power of Relationships, provides small businesses and organizations a comprehensive foundation on how to build successful and lasting customer relationships. The Power of Relationships interactive seminars have been presented to more than 15,000 small businesses and organizations by Eric and Constant Contact's national team of Regional Development Directors. Eric is a frequent speaker on small business across the country, and has spoken to thousands of attendees on behalf of the Small Business Administration, US Chamber of Commerce, Association of Small Business Development Centers, The Adventure Travel Association, Northwestern Ontario Tourism, and several other industry conferences. He holds a BA from Grinnell College and an MBA from The University of Iowa. Eric is also the Director of Constant Contact's Cares4Kids program (www.cares4kids.com).
