My brother Steve is a new cardiac care hospital in mainland Mexico, undergoing more tests to make sure they do it right.
Since last April Sabrina and I have been on a Plant-based diet, no dairy. I even kicked coffee! Feel better, more energy and lost 22 lbs so far. Yeah!
