    Tim,

    Just saw your session with Eng and Buay of Bangkok. We’re now working on improving our facebook, google+, pinterest, etc work and putting up more blogs, articles, press releases and newsletters to former clients.

    Thanks for the videos you put out and the advice we glean from these. It’s always helpful and encouraging.

    I’m getting a lot of emails adverts for improving my SEO, but the marketing advice you give is more relevant to the business.

      Thanks keith and Sabine; I was impressed to see how many new tripadvisor reviews you got recently. Good work on your customer service and asking for reviews. Was it hard to get them?

      One of the owners of Coast to Coast Tours Auckland who just commented in the Facebook comment window at the bottom of this post thinks that people are unwilling to share their great experiences and customer service reviews on tripadvisor and other social media.

      My experience is if you create excellent relationships before, during and AFTER a trip, do a great job, provide experiences guests’ treasure, guests are likely to share with friends, family and their social network.

      And it helps to ask for and remind people that a “positive review & referral is one of the best thanks they can give to you”

      Thanks for the update. Pursue social sharing (especially Google+) throughout your site. I was at your cool blog and noticed you do not have G+ as a sharing option..? Add this, plus I recommend you add the social sharing buttons on the TOP of all posts too. You will get more sharing because it’s easier to find.

      One other thing, make sure you label your blog images with key word phrases using the “alt text” feature. That way your images will get indexed and show up better in SERP’s.

    Good morning; im a man of 28 years old and im a tanzanian who completed a diploma in travel and tourism and work in different tourism company such as Roy safaris limited Ngorongoro serena hotel. For now im like to establishing my own tour company but a big challange i have is how to get a customer i have enought exipirience in 13 national parks out of 16 which is in tanzania please assist me on that
