I follow step by step, but once I´m finished no recommendation box appears on facebook site.

Yes it appears now that Facebook does not offer that “recommendation” feature worldwide… Sorry about that.
In the meantime, be sure to get your happy clients to be your Facebook Friends, make postings< Like your postings and share photos and your postings.
